I have known Sandy Luedke for over five years. We met through a professional business organization that she started and leads to this day. My initial impression of her was very favorable because the businesses she recruited to be part of her group were all highly professional with high ethical standards. Her knowledge and enthusiasm as well as the high quality of the educational component she procured for the weekly meetings were immediately impressive.
During this time several adverse life events affected my life tremendously. The death of a loved one, the loss of a job, the illness of a child, and several other life changes really rocked my world. The magnitude was seismic to say the least. At one point I found myself unemployed, then under employed, living in a different financial universe than the one I was most familiar with, and having great difficulty with making sound decisions with so much clouding my thought process.
At that time I found myself ducking my head in the sand when it came time to make proper financial decisions. After some time, I was blessed with some wonderful opportunities to get me back on the right financial track. However, when the time came to embrace these new opportunities I found that my prior fog induced non-decision making had put me behind the eight ball in regards to getting these blessed opportunities to come to fruition.
This is where Sandy came in. One of the opportunities came in the form of a re-location for business purposes. With the excitement of a new life came the harsh realities that during my times of distress I had managed to mismanage several important financial areas in my life. I was behind in taxes, behind in bills, and worst of all behind in my mortgage. Needless to say I was stressed to the max.
In order to move on with my life I needed to sell my home quickly and resolve several important debt issues before I could move on. In swooped Sandy to the rescue!!!
Sandy was able to sell my home quickly (in a little over 100 days) in an extremely difficult economy. During that time she also procured renters for the property which relieved some of the financial stress for me. Her due diligence was outstanding. Through the sale of the home I was able to prevent a foreclosure, pay off the IRS, and pay off some of the incurred debt accrued during this difficult time in my life. Did I mention the difficult economy? Through hard work and dedication, Sandy was able to improve my financial standing significantly.
So if you might find yourself in a situation similar to the one I described above there may be some hope. Sandy Luedke works hard for her clients and luckily for me provided a wonderful ending to a tough chapter in my life allowing me to open a new one.
